《Description》
The logo expresses the uninhibitedness and brightness characteristic of the youth generation, while keeping in mind the bright and warm future in the affected areas after the recovery from the massive disaster caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011.
The logo is designed to have a pop feel, with the meaning of ‘it's OK to go outside the box’ and ‘be free’ expressed in the spread of colours that burst when paint balloons are thrown onto the canvas.
While depicting an image of the youth generation, the design uses bright colours that are reminiscent of an ideal society that is friendly and familiar to all generations.
By daring not to draw clear boundaries, it expresses the importance of not being too conventional and of free thinking.
The logo is a depiction that, although it does not stick to a formula nor a frame, does not lead to a state of anarchy, but rather evokes a new source of vitality from which something more attractive can emerge one after another.
