Two teams, "Pee Paw and his Funny Friends" and "FC ACUVUE," advanced to the main tournament in J-Village!

The Reconstruction Agency, Government of Japan held the offline qualifying round of the "Reconstruction Minister's Cup e-Fukko Soccer Championship" (hereinafter referred to as the "Championship") on Saturday, October 15, at the Japan Football Association Building, and two teams, "Pee Paw and his Funny Friends" and "FC ACUVUE," successfully advanced to the main tournament to be held on Thursday, November 3, at J-Village in Fukushima Prefecture.

The first round of the tournament was played in a four-team league format, with three of the four teams still in the hunt for the final round, but "Pee Paw and his Funny Friends" and "FC ACUVUE", with their strong defensive performance, were able to advance to the final round against the other two teams.
Mr. NISHIOKA Akihiko and youxme(Mr.) provided the play-by-play commentary. The qualifying round ended on a high note, with players actively encouraging their teammates and applauding their good play.

- Reconstruction Minister’s Cup - “e-Fukko Soccer Championship”

The “Fukko Daijin Hai “e-Fukko Soccer Senshuken”” - Reconstruction Minister’s Cup - “e-Fukko Soccer Championship” is an e-sports (football) tournament, organized by Reconstruction Agency, Government of Japan.

The unique feature is that this Championship is 11-player vs. 11-player format’s offline e-sports football tournament, and it is the first 11-player vs. 11-player format’s tournament using PS5 version of "FIFA23" Pro Clubs Mode in Japan.

Winners of the offline qualifying round on Saturday, October 15, and the online Qualifying round on Sunday, October 16, advanced to the main tournament held on Thursday, November 3 (national holiday) at J-Village in Fukushima Prefecture, where they competed for the championship.
